Installer le serveur Elasticsearch pour Magento 2

Elasticsearch est un moteur de recherches et de performances distribué en temps réel qui vous permet d'étudier vos données très rapidement. Il est utilisé pour des recherches plein-texte, structurées, pour les analyses ainsi que pour les trois à la fois.

Cet outil regroupe toutes ces fonctionnalités sur un serveur autonome avec lequel votre application peut communiquer via une API RESTful, en utilisant un client web via un langage de programmation ou encore en ligne de commande.

L'extension Enhanced Autocomplete va vous permettre de faire le lien entre le moteur de recherche et Magento 2.

Installer et exécuter le serveur Elasticsearch

Comme le conseille Elastic, "le meilleur moyen de voir ce qu'Elasticsearch peut faire pour vous c'est de le tester".

Afin de pouvoir utiliser l'extension Enhanced Autocomplete et accéder au serveur, vous devez avant tout avoir une version récente de Java. Vous pouvez facilement installer la dernière version de Java depuis www.java.com.

Ensuite, vous allez pouvoir installer et exécuter le moteur Elasticsearch en suivant les quelques étapes ci-dessous.

Installer Elasticsearch

Vous pouvez maintenant télécharger la dernière version d'Elasticsearch depuis elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch.

Exécuter Elasticsearch

Afin d'exécuter Elasticsearch, ouvrez une nouvelle console et exécutez la commande suivante :

cd elasticsearch-<version>./bin/elasticsearch

Si vous exécutez Elasticsearch sur Windows, utilisez simplement la commande suivante:

bin\elasticsearch.bat

Tester Elasticsearch

Vous pouvez facilement tester si Elasticsearch est accessible en tentant d'accéder à l'adresse http://localhost:9200/?pretty ou en ouvrant une nouvelle console et en exécutant :

curl 'http://localhost:9200/?pretty'

Vous devriez obtenir:

Elasticsearch est alors en cours d'exécution.

Utiliser l'extension Enhanced Autocomplete

Vous pouvez activer Enhanced Autocomplete dans :

Une fois l'extension activée, vous pouvez configurer la popup autocomplete comme vous le souhaitez. 

Mode debug

Vous pouvez activer le mode debug.

Lorsqu'il est activé, une popup sera affichée sur le frontend avec les informations suivantes :

  • Infinite scroll? : tous les produits ont-ils été chargés via le scroll infini ?
  • Cache? : le module offre un cache pour la page actuelle. Si la requête est mise en cache, le serveur ne sera pas appelé et la réponse sera plus rapide.
    Yes = le résultat vient du cache.
    No = le résultat ne vient pas du cache.
    Le cache est réinitialisé lorsque la page est rechargée.
  • Elasticsearch? : il s'agit du contraire de "cache?". Les résultats proviennent-ils du serveur Elasticsearch ?
    Yes = la requête a été envoyée au serveur Elasticsearch et les résultats proviennent d'Elasticsearch.
    No = les résultats étaient en cache.
  • PHP time : c'est le temps d'exécution du code PHP (y compris les requêtes sur le serveur Elasticsearch).
  • Request time : c'est le temps d'exécution total des requêtes Ajax pour récupérer les produits ("PHP Time" compris).
  • Rendering Time : c'est le temps nécessaire pour afficher les produits sur la page ("Request Time" non compris).
  • Total time : c'est le temps requis pour les requêtes Ajax et l'affichage des produits.
  • Enable Template Hints : pour afficher les templates utilisés par le module pour le rendu des pages.
  • Show last request data : pour afficher les résultats de la dernière requête (Elasticsearch ou cache). Il y a une explication sur la différence de score entre les produits.

Configurer l'autocomplete

L'extension Enhanced Autocomplete offre différentes options afin de configurer l'affichage comme vous voulez. 

Activer le highlight

Avec Enhanced Autocomplete, vous avez la possibilité d'activer la mise en exergue des termes de recherche afin qu'ils soient surlignés dans les résultats de recherche.

Activer le lien "All results"

Vous pouvez activer le lien "All Results" link dans l'autocomplete. Ceci redirigera alors vers la page de résultats de recherche. 

Mettez à jour les termes de recherche

Vous avez la possibilité de mettre à jour les informations des termes de recherche lorsqu'une recherche est faite depuis le formulaire autocomplete.

Définir les labels

Avec Enhanced Autocomplete, vous pouvez définir vos propres titres pour : 

  • Lien "All Results"
    {{term}} peut être utilisé pour être remplacé par le terme de recherche dans le titre.
    See all results for <b>{{term}}</b> >>
  • Section "Did you mean?" 
    Do you mean?
  • Section "Products"
    Products
  • "No product found"
    No product found
  • Section "Categories"
    Categories
  • "No category found"

Activer l'option Did you mean

Avec l'extension, vous avez également l'option Did you mean. qui propose des suggestions alternatives lorsque les utilisateurs ont mal orthographié les termes de recherche.

L'option Did you mean peut être activée dans :

  • l'autocomplete
  • la page de résultats de recherche

Aussi, vous pouvez définir une limite du nombre de suggestions affichées dans l'autocomplete.

Configurer les résultats affichés dans l'autocomplete

L'extension Enhanced Autocomplete vous permet de proposer la recherche sur les produits, les catégories et les pages CMS depuis l'autocomplete.

Vous pouvez définir vos préférences depuis :

Pour savoir à partir de combien de caractères commencer la recherche dans l'autocomplete et en dessous de combien de caractères les termes de recherches sont ignorés, définissez le champ Minimal Query Length dans :

Produit

Activez les produits dans l'autocomplete et définissez une limite du nombre de résultats affichés. 

Ci-dessous, seulement les produits sont activés dans l'autocomplete. 

Vous pouvez aussi activer la redirection lorsque seulement un produit est trouvé dans l'autocomplete. 

Dans ce cas, le client sera automatiquement redirigé vers la page du produit en appuyant sur la touche Entrer.

Gérez les index pour vos produits.

Catégorie

Les catégories peuvent être affichées dans : 

  • l'autocomplete
  • la page de résultats de recherche sur la colonne de gauche

Vous pouvez limiter le nombre de résultats de recherche affichés. 

Aussi, vous avez le choix entre afficher ou cacher cette section lorsqu'il n'y a aucune catégorie.

Ci-dessous, les produits et les catégories sont activés dans l'autocomplete.

Gérez les index pour vos catégories. 

Page CMS

Vos pages CMS peuvent être activées dans : 

  • l'autocomplete
  • la page de résultats de recherche : affichées dans la colonne de gauche

Vous pouvez limiter le nombre de résultats de recherche affichés. 

Aussi, vous avez le choix entre afficher ou cacher cette section lorsqu'il n'y a aucune page CMS. 

Ci-dessous, les produits, catégories et pages CMS sont activés dans l'autocomplete. 

Gérez les index pour vos pages CMS. 
Rendez chaque recherche sur votre site plus pertinente, rapide et simple d'utilisation que la recherche Magento 2 avec la Suite Elasticsearch qui comprend les extensions Multifaceted Autocomplete  et Advanced Layered Navigation.

Configurer le Core Elasticsearch

Vous pouvez configurer le Core Elasticsearch comme vous le souhaitez depuis la configuration Magento dans :

Activer les logs / debug

L'extension comprend des logs qui vous permettent de vérifier les requêtes en frontend, l'indexation, et le statut du serveur Elasticsearch. 

Notez que le mode debug dépend des adresses IP autorisées dans votre configuration Magento.

Activer le log de requête

Un fichier de log est créé pour les requêtes en frontend :
var/log/Wyomind_ElasticsearchCore_Frontend_Requests.log

Activer le log d'indexation

Un fichier de log est créé pour le processus de reindexation :

Recevoir une notification en backend lorsque le serveur echoue

Lorsque le log du statut du serveur Elasticsearch est activé, vous pouvez activer et définir votre propre configuration pour l'objet et le contenu de la notification en backend.

Lorsque le log du statut du serveur Elasticsearch est activé, vous pouvez activer et définir votre propre configuration pour la notification par email.

Configurer les paramètres du serveur

Vous pouvez configurer les paramètres généraux Elasticsearch.

Ici sera affichée la version du serveur Elasticsearch que vous avez installée.

Notez que la version sera mise à jour avec la bonne valeur après avoir sauvegardé la config une première fois ou en utilisant une ligne de commande.

Serveurs

Les serveurs doivent être sous la forme host:port et séparés par une virgule.
Voir tous les paramètres disponibles.
Vérifiez que vos serveurs sont correctement configurés en cliquant sur TEST servers.

Verify Host

Uniquement utilisé pour les connexions https. Vous pouvez définir cette option sur No si vous n'avez pas de certificat SSL valide.

Connect Timeout

Nombre de secondes après qu'un délai se produise pour chaque requête.

Configurer les paramètres de l'indexation

Index Prefix

Utilisé pour préfixer les noms des index afin d'éviter de potentiels dommages.

Index Settings

Plus de shards améliore les performances d'indexation et permet de distribuer un grand index sur les différentes machines. Plus de replicas améliore les performances de recherche et améliore la disponibilité du cluster.

En cliquant sur Use system value, la configuration par défaut est réinitialisée.

Soyez attentif lorsque vous changez ce paramètre. La cohérence de l'écriture doit être prise en compte afin d'éviter un timeout.

Analysis Settings

C'est là que vous pouvez définir les paramètres d'analyse.

En cliquant sur Use system value, la configuration par défaut est réinitialisée.

Safe Reindex

Reindexer dans un index temporaire et switcher une fois terminé. Utile en particulier pour les gros catalogues de produits.

Automatically run indexers if invalidated

Dans certains cas et parce que le processus peut être long, vous pourriez avoir besoin de réindexer automatiquement. Vous pouvez alors choisir d'éxecuter automatiquement les index via les tâches cron lorsque ceux-ci sont invalidés.

Une notification est affichée dans l'admin Magento lorsque les index sont invalidés.

Si vous désactivez cette option, vous pouvez exécuter vos index manuellement.

Configurer les paramètres de recherche

Query Operator

Par défaut, ce paramètre est configuré sur AND. Vous pouvez obtenir moins de résultats avec l'opérateur AND mais ils seront plus pertinents.
"digital camera" est traduit en "digital AND camera" ou "digital OR camera"

Enable Product Weight

Cette option active la modification du poids pour les produits. Elle n'est disponible que pour les résultats de recherche.

Activée, cette option vous permet d'assigner un poids à n'importe quel produit dans l'onglet Elasticsearch de la page produit en backend. 

Use parent images

En activant cette option, lorsqu'un produit (configurable ou bundle) est trouvé à partir des données d'un produit enfant, alors les images du produit parent seront utilisés à la place des images des produits enfants.

Return available products first?

En activant cette option, les produits disponibles à la vente seront retournés avant les produits non disponibles.

Configurer les paramètres des entités

Vous pouvez configurer l'indexation des attributs de manière plus poussée. 

  1. Ouvrez chaque groupe d'attributs en utilisant la flèche. 
  2. Retrouvez tous les attributs regroupés par type. 
  3. Lorsque les champs sont grisés, cela signifie que l'attribut est indexé par défaut par le module.
    Pour pouvoir modifier l'option searchable, l'attribute doit être indexable.
  4. Pour qu'un attribut soit searchable, il doit être indexé.
    Pour pouvoir modifier toutes les options suivantes, l'attribute doit être searchable.
  5. Vous pouvez booster chaque attribut indexé en lui assignant un poids de 1 à 10.
    Notez que 10 est le poids le plus haut. 
  6. La recherche de résultats commencera à partir des 1 à 5 premiers caractères.
  7. La recherche de résultats commencera à partir des 1 à 5 derniers caractères.
  8. L'analyseur définit la manière dont le contenu des attributs sera analysé. Vous avez le choix entre plusieurs analyseurs.
    Notez que le mode automatique convient dans la majorité des cas. 
    Plus d'info sur la création de vos propres analyseurs avec notre module.
  9. Vous avez la possibilité d'activer la recherche approximative pour chaque attribut et de choisir le niveau de fuzzyness:

    0 : le nombre d'erreurs possibles est de 0 peu importe la taille du terme de recherche
    1 : le nombre d'erreurs possibles est de 1 peu importe la taille du terme de recherche
    2 : le nombre d'erreurs possibles est de 2 peu importe la taille du terme de recherche
    AUTO : génère une distance de Levenshtein basée sur la longueur du terme. Devrait généralement être la valeur utilisée.

    Pour le mode AUTO, la longueur du terme a un impact sur la distance :
    0..2 : doit correspondre exactement
    3..5 : une modification autorisée
    >5 : deux modifications autorisées

    Vérifiez la documentation d'Elasticsearch pour plus d'info sur le mode Fuzzy query. 

Category

Vous pouvez activer la recherche par catégorie pour qu'elles puissent être indexées dans Elasticsearch.

Si c'est le cas, vous devez sélectionner et configurer les attributs des catégories pouvant faire l'objet d'une recherche.

L'indexation par catégorie n'est utilisée qu'avec Enhanced Autocomplete et Multifaceted Autocomplete.

CMS

Vous pouvez activer la recherche parmi vos pages CMS pour qu'elles soient indexées dans Elasticsearch.

Il vous suffit de sélectionner et de configurer les attributs de recherche.

Outils de développement

Test Search

La page Test Search est équivalente à la recherche en frontend avec les informations de debug. Cela vous permet de contrôler la manière dont la recherche va fonctionner avec la configuration d'Elasticsearch Core.

Vous pouvez accéder à la page Test Search depuis :

Vous pouvez configurer :

  • Search term
    Ajoutez le terme que vous souhaitez rechercher.
  • Results limit
    Définissez une limite pour le nombre de résultats à afficher.
  • Storeview
    Choisissez une vue magasin depuis laquelle vous souhaitez exécuter la recherche.
  • Customer Group
    Choisissez un groupe de clients depuis lequel exécuter la recherche.
    Utile pour contrôler les prix des produits pour un groupe de clients en particulier.

Après ça, vous pouvez cliquer sur Search. 

Une grille affichera les résultats pour votre recherche. 

En cliquant sur Show details, vous devriez obtenir plus de détails sur les résultats.

Utile pour connaître tout ce qui est retourné dans la recherche.

Le champ explanation explique comment le score est calculé et pourquoi le produit apparaît en premier dans les résultats de recherche.

Test Analyzers

Puisque notre module offre la possibilité de créer vos propres analyseurs, il est important de pouvoir les tester.

Vous pouvez accéder à la page Test Analyzers depuis :

Ajoutez votre code dans le champ Custom Analyzers, sélectionnez le Built-in Analyzers que vous souhaitez tester, et ajouter une phrase de test.

Cliquez sur Run Tests. 

Le résultat de l'analyseur sera affiché dans le tableau comme ci-dessous. 

Voici quelques exemples :

whitespace : va analyser en séparant les mots par des espaces

standard : va séparer les mots par des espaces, apostrophes, chevrons ... et supprimer les balises HTML afin de garder uniquement du contenu utile

Gérer les index

Vous avez la possibilité d'obtenir plus d'informations et de gérer vos index directement depuis la grille dans :

Les index sont automatiquement mis à jour après les actions suivantes :

  • Ajout / Edition / Suppression d'un produit
    Le produit est mis à jour au niveau de l'index product.
  • Ajout / Edition / Suppression d'une page CMS
    La page CMS est mise à jour au niveau de l'index CMS.
  • Ajout / Edition / Suppression d'une catégorie
    La catégorie est mise à jour au niveau de l'index category.
  • Mise à jour de la liste des produits de catégorie
    La catégorie est mise à jour au niveau de l'index category et les produits précédemment et actuellement liés à la catégorie sont mis à jour.
  • Commentaire ajouté à un produit
    La note du produit est mise à jour au niveau de l'index product. 

Index

Il y a 3 types d'index :

  • category
  • CMS
  • product
Les index category et cms sont aussi utilisés dans les modules de la Suite Elasticsearch.

Description

Dans la colonne Description, en cliquant sur More information, vous pouvez voir :

  • demo_m2_default_category
    C'est le nom de l'index au niveau du serveur Elasticsearch au format suivant :
    préfixe + code de la vue magasin + type d'index
  • 36 documents
    Cela signifie qu'il y a 36 catégories indexées.
  • 14,77 kB
    C'est la taille de l'index dans le disque.
  • View Mapping
    En cliquant sur View Mapping, une popup s'ouvre et affiche les données de mappage. 

Last Update

La dernière fois que l'index a été exécuté sera enregistrée dans la colonne Last Update. 

Last action state

L'état de la dernière action sera enregistré dans cette colonne. Vous pouvez également voir le nombre d'entités qui ont été indexées en passant la souris sur le statut.

En exécutant un index, une barre de progression affichera son statut et des informations sur le processus d'indéxation.

Statut

Depuis la colonne Status, lorsque vous exécutez un index, une barre de progression affichera le statut de l'exécution ainsi que des informations supplémentaires sur l'indexation.
Selon votre configuration, les index seront automatiquement réindexés par tâche cron, ou vous devrez les réindexer manuellement.

Action

Depuis la colonne Action, vous avez la possibilité de :

  • Flush the index : pour vider et remettre à zéro l'index.
  • Run the index : pour exécuter l'index sélectionné.
  • Run via cron: ceci déclenchera la tâche cron pour exécuter les index sélectionnés.

Notez que vous avez la possibilité de réindexer n'importe quel attribut de votre catalogue.

Vérifier les données

Vous pouvez facilement voir ce qui est indexé au niveau des catégories, des pages CMS et des produits dan cette section :

Mettre à jour la version du serveur Elasticsearch

Afin de mettre à jour la version du serveur Elasticsearch, vous pouvez utiliser la ligne de commande ci-dessous :

Mettre à jour le fichier de configuration

Afin de mettre à jour le fichier de configuration utilisé en frontend pour éviter d'actualiser entièrement Magento Core, vous pouvez utiliser la ligne de commande ci-dessous :

Reindexer vos données

Pour réindexer vos données, vous pouvez utiliser la ligne de commande suivante :

bin/magento wyomind:elasticsearchcore:indexer:reindex [options]

Options :

  • -s storecode ou --store storecode
    Le code de la vue magasin pour laquelle réindexer les données.
    Notez que ce paramètre est unique, vous ne pouvez pas ajouter plusieurs codes magasins.

    Pour réindexer tous les types pour la vue magasin dont le code est “storefr” :

    bin/magento wyomind:elasticsearchcore:indexer:reindex -s storefr

    ou

    bin/magento wyomind:elasticsearchcore:indexer:reindex --store storefr
  • -i type or --index type
     Liste des types d'index séparés par un espace : cms, category, et product

    Pour réindexer les produits seulement :

    Vous pouvez aussi réindexer vos marques avec l'extension Shop by Brand.

bin/magento wyomind:elasticsearchcore:indexer:reindex -i category cms

Lorsque vous exécutez un index, une barre de progression affichera le statut de l'exécution ainsi que des informations supplémentaires sur l'indexation.

Notez que ce sera sauvegardé dans Wyomind_ElasticsearchCore_Indexation.log.

L'extension vous permet d'assigner des poids à vos produits mais également à vos attributs produits. 

Donner un poids aux produits

Assigner du poids à un produit

Afin de booster vos produits dans les résultats de recherche, vous pouvez leur assigner un poids. Pour ça, rendez-vous dans :
CatalogProducts

Éditez un produit que vous souhaitez mettre en avant.

Dans l'onglet Wyomind Elasticsearch Core, vous pouvez définir un poids entre 1 et 10. 

Notez que la valeur la plus forte est 10. Plus le poids est élevé, plus le produit apparaîtra en premier dans les résultats de recherche.

Ce n'est possible que lorsque l'option Product weight est activée dans la configuration de Elasticsearch Core. 

Ignorer un produit dans l'indexation

Vous pouvez également ignorer un produit dans le processus d'indexation. Pour cela, allez dans :
CatalogProducts

Éditez un produit.

Dans l'onglet Wyomind Elasticsearch Core, vous pouvez définir l'option Ignore the product for indexation option sur Yes. 

En modifiant cette valeur, une réindexation complète doit être exécutée (manuellement ou à l'aide de l'interface de lignes de commande).

Gérer les synonymes dans les résultats de recherche

L'extension Enhanced Autocomplete prend en compte les synonymes dans la recherche.

Créer des groupes de synonymes

Vous pouvez créer des nouveaux groupes de synonymes dans :
MarketingSeo & SearchSearch Synonyms

Par exemple, si vous créez la liste de synonymes :
shoes,footwear

Cela signifie que lors de la recherche du terme "orange shoes", l'extension effectuera la recherche sur :
orange shoes
orange footwear

Si d'autres synonymes sont définis tels que :
red,orange,yellow

Dans ce cas, l'extension va rechercher :
red shoes
red footwear
orange shoes
orange footwear
yellow shoes
yellow footwear

Tous les produits correspondant seront alors retournés dans la même liste.

Cette extension fonctionne avec Magento Community Edition et Magento Enterprise Edition. Vous pouvez vérifier dans l'onglet Compatibility si Enhanced Autocomplete est compatible avec votre version de Magento.

Licence et domaines

Votre licence est valide pour une durée illimitée sur une seule instance.

  • Si vous utilisez plusieurs instances, il vous faudra acheter une licence supplémentaire pour chacune d'entre elles.
  • Si vous gérez plusieurs sites sur la même instance, vous n’aurez besoin que d’une seule licence pour l’ensemble de vos domaines.
Bien que la période de validité de votre licence soit illimitée, celle de votre période de Support & Upgrade est quant à elle limitée à 12 mois (durée offerte à l’achat de votre licence). Passé ce délai, il vous faudra en acheter une nouvelle (voir FAQ: Prolonger sa période de Support)

Vous avez la possibilité de pré-enregistrer votre domaine de production à votre licence.

Grâce à cette option vous pourrez installer et activer votre domaine afin qu'il soit prêt à l'emploi avant son lancement en ligne.

Pour pré-enregistrer votre domaine :

  1. Allez dans :
    mY accountLicenses & DOwnloads
  2. Cliquez sur l'icone Settings à côté de l'extension pour laquelle vous souhaitez pré-enregistrer votre domaine.
  3. En bas de la page, sous votre liste de domaine se trouve un lien. Cliquez sur :
    Do you want to pre-register your domain in order to be ready to go live?
  4. Entrez votre nom de domaine puis cliquez sur PRE-REGISTER NOW  pour finaliser votre pré-enregistrement.

Attention, cela ne veut pas dire que votre licence est activée. Il vous faudra l'activer depuis votre nouveau domaine une fois le module installé. 

Votre licence est valide pour une durée illimitée sur une seule interface. Il est possible, cependant, d'étendre ou de transférer votre licence dans deux cas : 

  • Si vous désirez ajouter vos environnements de test à votre licence.
    Dans ce cas, vous pouvez étendre votre licence gratuitement, et ce, pour un nombre illimité de domaines (dev, staging, local..).
    Ex: mywebsite-staging.com ou mywebsite-dev.com
  • Si vous souhaitez transférer votre licence sur un autre domain de production.
    Dans ce cas, la période de Support & Upgrade pour la licence doit être active.



Pour pouvoir utiliser Enhanced Autocomplete à la fois sur votre environnement de production et de test, suivez les étapes ci-dessous:

  1. Téléchargez Enhanced Autocomplete depuis votre compte Wyomind.
    (voir FAQ: Téléchargement des modules)
  2. Installez Enhanced Autocomplete sur votre environnement.
    (voir FAQ: Installation des modules sur Magento ou sur WooCommerce)
  3. Activez la licence.
    (voir FAQ : Activation des licences en ligne de commande sur Magento ou sur WooCommerce)

Dans le cas où vous avez de nombreux domaines de staging ou si vous êtes une agence avec de nombreux domaines de pre-prod pour vos clients, contactez-nous afin de whitelister automatiquement tous vos domaines
Versionnage des extensions et téléchargement

    Pour télécharger Enhanced Autocomplete, connectez-vous à votre compte Wyomind :

      1. Allez dans :
        mon compte Licenses & downloads  
      2. Cliquez sur l'onglet paramètre en face de Enhanced Autocomplete.


        Une nouvelle fenêtre s'ouvre         alors. 

      3. Cliquez sur le bouton de téléchargement.

    Seule la dernière version de l'extensiont publiée durant votre période de Support & Upgrade est disponible en téléchargement. Pour accéder à la toute dernière version de l'extension assurez vous de disposer d'une période de Support & Upgrade à jour

    En achetant un module depuis wyomind.com, vous bénéficiez de 12 mois de mise à jour. Durant cette période vous pouvez à tout moment télécharger la dernière version du module directement depuis votre compte. 

    Pour mettre à jour Enhanced Autocomplete, suivez les étapes suivantes :

    1. Allez dans :
      mon comptemes téléchargements
    2. Cliquez sur l'icône paramètres en face de Enhanced Autocomplete.
    3. Cliquez sur l'icône de téléchargement.
    4. Installez la nouvelle version de Enhanced Autocomplete sur votre admin Magento ou WooCommerce.

    Prerequisites, Installation, Activation

    To use Enhanced Autocomplete, you first need to have a recent version of Java installed and the Elasticsearch server running.

    1. Download the latest version of Elasticsearch from:
      https://www.elastic.co/downloads/elasticsearch
    2. Install it following:
      https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/current/install-elasticsearch.html#install-elasticsearch

    Pour installer Enhanced Autocomplete, copiez le contenu de dossier dézippé et coller les fichiers et dossiers dans votre répertoire source Magento 2.

    Afin d'installer les librairies guzzlehttp, exécutez les commandes suivantes :

    $ composer require guzzlehttp/guzzle
    $ composer require guzzlehttp/ring
    Si le serveur est Nginx, remplacez la première ligne par la seconde dans le fichier de configuration Nginx :
     
    location ~ (index|get|static|report|404|503)\.php${
    location ~ (index|get|static|report|404|503|elastic)\.php${

    Add the repository to your composer configuration with the below command:

    composer config repositories.wyomind composer https://repo.wyomind.com

    Run the composer installer:

    composer require wyomind/elasticsearchautocomplete

    Si le serveur est Nginx, remplacez la première ligne par la suivante dans le fichier de configuration de Nginx: 
    location ~ (index|get|static|report|404|503)\.php${    
    location ~ (index|get|static|report|404|503|elastic)\.php${

    Si vous avez une version de Enhanced Autocomplete inférieure à v7.0.0, vous pouvez suivre les étapes suivantes afin d'installer l'extension.

    1. Copiez le contenu du dossier dézippé et collez les fichiers et dossiers dans votre répertoire source Magento 2.
    2. Exécutez la commande suivante dans votre interface de lignes de commandes : 
       
      composer require elasticsearch/elasticsearch
    3. Puis, exécutez :
      bin/magento setup:upgrade --keep-generated​

      Si vous utilisez un mode de production, exécutez également :
      bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
bin/magento setup:di:compile​
    4. Exécutez la commande ci-dessous :
      bin/magento wyomind:elasticsearch:update:server:version​

      ainsi que :

      bin/magento wyomind:elasticsearch:update:config
    5. Enfin, copiez le fichier app/code/Wyomind/Elasticsearch/autocomplete.php dans le répertoire racine de Magento et app/code/Wyomind/Elasticsearch/pub/autocomplete.php dans le répertoire pub de Magento.

      Vous pouvez aussi utiliser les commandes suivantes :
       
      cp app/code/Wyomind/Elasticsearch/autocomplete.php .
      cp app/code/Wyomind/Elasticsearch/pub/autocomplete.php ./pub/

    In your Command Line Interface, execute:

    bin/magento setup:upgrade --keep-generated

    If you are using a production mode, also execute:

    bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy
    bin/magento setup:di:compile

    Dans votre interface de ligne de commande, exécutez :

    bin/magento wyomind:license:activate \

    As the Wyomind extensions regularly check if the Elasticsearch server is available, in your Magento 2 installation, you must have a scheduled task up and running from the server side targeting the cron.php file.

    For more information on the configuration of cron tasks in Magento 2, you can check their documentation.

    Utilisation des extensions

    Si vous souhaitez indexer un attribut en particulier dans la recherche, il doit être "searchable".

    Pour ça, allez dans :
    CatalogAttributesManage Attributes

    Cliquez sur l'attribut que vous souhaitez indexer, par exemple country_of_manufacture. 

    Pour l'option Use in Quick Search, choisissez Yes et sauvegardez l'attribut.

    Enfin, re-indexez vos produits.

    L'extension Enhanced Autocomplete prend désormais en compte les synonymes dans la recherche.

    Vous pouvez créer des nouveaux groupes de synonymes dans :
    MarketingSeo & SearchSearch Synonyms

    Par exemple, si vous créez la liste de synonymes :

    Résolutions de problèmes

    Avec Magento Cloud, le fichier elastic.php ne peut pas être copié à la racine de votre site ni dans le répertoire pub car l'utilisateur n'a pas les permissions nécessaires pour créer ces fichiers.

    Pour permettre au fichier d'être déployé, il faut effectuer un setup:upgrade localement et ajouter manuellement le fichier elastic.php et pub/elastic.php au dépôt.

    Si l'appel à elastic.php renvoie une erreur 404, vérifiez que le fichier existe bien dans le répertoire racine du website ainsi que dans le répertoire pub.

    Si ce n'est pas le cas, copiez-collez ce fichier depuis app/code/Wyomind/ElasticsearchCore/ et app/code/Wyomind/ElasticsearchCore/pub.

    Si vous avez une erreur de type :
    script_score: the script could not be loaded

    Vous devez modifier le fichier elasticsearch.yml de configuration du serveur Elasticsearch comme ci-dessous :

    script.engine.groovy.inline.search: on
script.allowed_types: inline
script.allowed_contexts: search, update​

    En utilisant Enhanced Autocomplete avec le module UltimateSEO de Mageplaza, cela pourrait provoquer une erreur 500. 

    Pour cela, décommentez la ligne suivante dans le fichier elastic.php disponible dans le répertoire racine de Magento :

    Very useful and powerful plugin

    Realy Fast Search

    I used the module both for magento1 and magento2. For the magento1 version i think it was the best module. We did not have any issues or confilcts (only some minor conflicts with theme overrides). It worked ok with amasty layered navigation and in general it was perfect. On magento2 things were not that pretty. We had problems both with elastic search engine compatibility but the most important problem we had is that it is not compatible with amasty seo layered navigation for M2.

    Great Extension to let user search inside big catalogs!

    Installation is simple, the extension is really stable. We use it with "Cloud Elasticsearch" and it works really well. Perfom better than standard search and so it is a must-have extension. About "customizations" i can say that is really simple to personalize the "frontend" (the autocomplete lists).

    Fastest search extension available

    Tried Sphinx Search extensions, and they all struggled at 50,000+ products... Then noticed everyone that previously developed Sphinxsearch extensions for M1 moved to Elasticsearch with Magento 2.x... However, no reputable ones, but Wyomind, developed anything using Elasticsearch for Magento 1.x ... Tried it, and huge difference... Sphinxsearch: 5-10 seconds average Elasticseach: ~1 second.

    Super working Search for Magento 2

    Very nice Module with a lot of possibilities to setup weight of search. The preview is super good and descent rate was going down 27% after installing this search. We use it with magento 2.2.3 and it is working stable. For installation we needed some help because of some issues with our theme. Wyomind solved it fast and to 100% satisfaction.

    However elasticseach is a resource heavy addon it's a must have if your customers use your search functionality on your website. Out of the box the magento search is useless but with the module and elastic search set up we managed to get a better customer experience.     Great module & Support

     Works really well, super fast results as you type. Magento's built in search is slow and has poor relevance. Wyomind module solves that and allows weighting of product attributes.     A breath of fresh air compared to stock Magento search

    My store is on shared hosting so Elasticsearch should be out of reach, but this extension paired with a small AWS instance I finally have access to powerful search with minimal configuration. I appreciate that, my customers appreciate that. Sales are up and the autocomplete works a treat. It is currently running flawlessly in a multi-store environment.

    Has potential but could not get it to work fully and support was mediocre in my case

    I got it to a point where it was returning results but it was showing products that it should not have. Supports solution was to upgrade to the next version. After questioning that advice I received some condescending responses from one rep. I upgraded and still the same problem - surprise, surprise. The next rep was better to work with but not much more helpful. We don't have the easiest setup to work with so I can't blame it all on them. Even though I was a few months past the 15 days refund period it was obvious I couldn't use their product. I was hoping for a refund given the circumstances but they would not. I can see the potential with the extension but if you need more than basic support you'll have to take your chances that they will be able to help.

    Had some trouble installing it during Christmas time (installed the wrong Elasticsearch version). But even in these holidays they answered quickly.     Excellent must have extension - Increases search speed drastically

    Autocomplete and suggestions speed is lightning fast. Configuration is easy, no need to code unless you want to customize how your autocomplete looks, but it's same everywhere. Search speed increases by a lot. Wish as well it would override regular database and sync all database or just become the main database for Magento, that would certainly increase comfortability of editing and saving products. Hope there will be such upgrades. Very much recommend this module for all.

    Great Extension - must have

    We are using this extension since Magento 1.9.x, Installation and Configuration works without any complications. The Integration into our shop was done via a few Code-Changes on our theme - we are using Infortis Ultimo. Customers like to use the search and get very good results through the Elastic-Search plugin compared to the "normal" search done by mysql/mariadb. the hitrate is about 90 % correct without any modification of the search. Summary: It's a great Extension and a MUST HAVE

    Great extension and great support

    We installed chose elasticsearch for one of our Magento 2 projects. When we started the development there were some issues but with the help of great support, we overcame these issues. Later on, we also had problems when we were launching the project for production, it was even more problematic because we were pressured by the deadlines. However, we were saved by support again. Support guys did a really great job in helping us. They were very understanding and quick with their responses. The third time we had issues it was when we were upgrading Magento from 2.1.9 to 2.2.1. This time we had a silly problem, yet support guys displayed their professionalism again and patiently helped us. Thank You for the great extension and great support!

    Good extension, bad support

    I've installed the extension and elasticsearch implementation in magento by myself, and when i asked for support because the autocomplete results are not showing the product name only price, and autocomplete pop up was above my menu, the support guys told me for the missing of the name in autocomplete and i quote them "the index is running, you should probably wait for the end of the process." which seems silly to me because it is like that more than 8 hours, as for the autocomplete menu being above my header menu they responded "This is clearly a css issue that must be fixed from your end, with the help of your developer." which i understand also, but just to be clear, when purchasing an extension if you advertise a fully functional extensions you should be able to offer the service to implement it, also my theme which is Porto from Smartwave is "Supported " since a recent version realase. Dont get me wrong , im happy with the extension, but very UNHAPPY with the support, like most of you i come here because of the credentials they have, but i found this.

    Great products

    Must for all magento shops that are interested to increase customer search experience. Wyoming support is fast and to the point. Only drawback for me is the price - module cost 90Eur and additional support for 1 month 45Eur. seems.

    Good extension for huge catalog.

    We are having more than 100k products and the search result is quite speedy from such a huge catalog in Magento CE. I would suggest the team to work over relevancy of result, support is quite good. Autocomplete and search results are quite impressive. I would suggest the extension for huge catalogs.

    Great alternative to magento search

    for Magento 1, this module was a game changer. We saw conversion rise dramatically after we implemented this. The indexing process is also very fast for large catalogs compared to other alternatives. In testing it was about 5x faster than the previous indexing process.

    Excelent Search Module

    The search results are much improved. The best option is Fuzzy search option. We have some problems with Autocomplete, is shows all the products we have 27k products and we use SEO Pack by GPMD and hide the end of life products from the catalog, search result... On search results page the end of life product is not shown, on autocomplete the products are still shown The problem is with different visibility settings I haven't managed to fix this issue Still with this small issue the product is excellent.

    Very fast answers on tech support tickets. This is great service you will get.     This is really great extension which helps to increase the sales of our store. Most of our customer uses search to find our products from a wide range of catalogue.     Best search solution for Magento shops

    The Magento plugin is excellent. The authors kept every setting easy to understand and change. The implementation was also quite easy and brought no compatibility issues like other plugins do out of the box. Furthermore no code changes where necessary. Our customers loved the search features like image-display, and other stuff which can be easily adopted through the admin-interface. in addition to the kibana and logstash plugins, the magento-information can easily transferred and analysed to your existing elastic-search installation.     Magento's out of the box search is a little bit inconvenient. We searched for a solution to offer our customers a fast search with product image preview. Elasticsearch from Wyomind does everything a search should do. It's easy and fast to implement and with a little bit of support from Wyomind we were live in a few hours with our new search.     Great purchasing experience and a great extension

    I have been looking at the options for enhancing my Magento search and came across Elastic Search. I started reading about the open source search engine then set about finding a plugin to utilise it's power. All roads seemed to lead to Wyomind....and a good job too, the whole experience has been great. Purchasing the plugin was a breeze, as was installation, and the plugin works great.     Great extension - great support

    We have a new webshop with more than 250k+ products. So we had to get a good and fast search. We wanted a fulltext search (even the descriptions of the products should be indexed) with features like suggestions on bad search phrases and a fault tolerant search. So MySQL as engine has been no choice. On our search for better fulltext search engines we found elasticsearch a cluster based search engine (single node on localhost is possible too). And even better we found this extension that would integrate our elasticsearch engine.
    The search indexing process in the backend is really fast even with descriptions of the products included (< 10 minutes) The performance and the relevance of the search results in the frontend are fast, impressive and more than satisfying. The speed, relevance and ordering of the search hits is outstanding good.
    We found a little bug and contacted the developer. The response time and time for eliminating the bug has been fast and competent.
    Yes, we are a very satisfied customer and yes we recommend this extension.

    Highly recommended search enhancement

    Let's face it, the integrated MySQL search stinks. This module adds support for elasticsearch, which is the current state-of-the-art open source search solution.
    Not only is this search engine lightning quick, but it comes with features like a suggest that actually suggests something before the sun goes down, complete with thumbnails of the products in the suggest fold-down menu. Fuzzy search means you can mistype and still get good results, and with added "Did you mean?" suggestions.
    The Bubble Search module integrates all this nicely into Magento in an easy to use fashion and with useful default settings. Other than you having to install elasticsearch, which is easy to do for a search engine, it is basically plug and play.
    I've found the developer's support to be outstanding, he's always quick to respond and help if a problem arises. Take it from someone who's been in the Enterprise Search business for a good dozen years: You want this search, and you don't need a way more expensive legacy search solution for most business cases.

    Magento's built in search is worthless in the niche i'm in. So many people misspell the names of products or don't know exactly what they are searching for. Elasticsearch to the rescue! It's able to work without any special settings and deliver the correct products to the user. Search is useful again!
    Support has been fast for me, even on weekends.
    Just remember to secure your elasticsearch
    I use iptables:
    (maybe centOS specific)
    Secure Elasticsearch
    sudo iptables -A INPUT -i lo -p tcp --dport 9200 -j ACCEPT
    sudo iptables -A INPUT -p tcp --dport 9200 -j DROP
    Must do this to each port elasticsearch is using 9201,etc..
    To undo the above
    sudo iptables -D INPUT -i lo -p tcp --dport 9200 -j ACCEPT

    As a Magento Certified developer myself I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of this module and the code. Not much configuration required.
